"Next visit, we will probably just stay at a Holiday Inn. We stayed here after recommendations from family. . It was beautiful! The valet, bell service and front desk staff were amazing. . And that’s unfortunately kinda where it ended.
We arrived with a stroller and two small children. . And our room was inaccessible with the stroller as we had to go down stairs to get there. It was very very very far from the seat which just kinda felt inconsiderate but we ignored it.
Upon getting to the room, the street noise was unbearable and so loud at all hours of the day AND night. Again, something we ignored because the hotel cannot control that.
Some things in our room were definitely dated but it was clean. The bedding was ripped once we got into bed . . Not a huge deal but worth noting. We could hear every word and conversation in the room next to us and everything in the hall. It almost sounded amplified even.
The real issue arose when our toddler said she was playing with ants on the bathroom floor. . And sure enough. . She was. Multiple ants.
When we pay $375 for two nights at a hotel, I don’t expect ants.
The young lady at the desk with the long curly dark hair was AMAZING. She got us upgraded to a different room . . But that meant moving all of our things and kids.
Once in the new room, it was wonderful. The walls are still seemingly paper thin and it was the loudest hotel we’ve ever been in.
The young ladies at the coffee counter were very unfriendly.
Very underwhelming"
