Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! "It’s a very nice hotel. The food and buffet are a little expensive. If you book a room for 3 people, breakfast is only for two people. They should say this on room booking details. They had a wedding expo going on and staff were too busy attending to this and not their own guests in the hotel. It took us over 30 minutes to get in and park. Had to go and speak to the people at the gate then they finally let us in. No smiles on staffs faces especially in the restaurants and buffet area. If you are...

"The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !"
