"Specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle upon checking in. I asked the guy at the front desk about having a shuttle for the following morning. I stated that we would need it between seven and 715. Got there at 7:03 and was informed that the shuttle had just left at seven, which I begged to differ because we were standing outside getting stuff facing the front and never even saw the shuttle so I had to call an Uber and that cost me an additional $35 that I was not expecting to pay."

"The hotel feels like a resort and the staff are all in tune to be helpful. That’s rare and makes me really want to return for another stay. The breakfast was provided with more than ample portions. "The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"
