"The place was nice. The staff were helpful and nice. I was happy that the hotel automatically didn’t clean the rooms unless asked.
I had a loft room that was ok. I had a good amount of space but going up and down stairs is never ideal.
It was mostly comfortable but the pillows were shockingly thin. They provided very little support. Other than that the bedding was fine.
There was a little kitchenette that was nice. I was glad to have plates and silverware to use for some meals.

"Booked the hotel for the underground car park and only stayed one night. To us, it was a little far from the town centre and the room seemed a little tired and basic although perfectly functional. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was basic."

"High quality hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Great location in Old Town close to everything. Ayinger beer on tap and from the barrel was amazing. Unique place to stay in the heart of historic Old Town.
Room was elegant, clean, quiet and comfortable.
I had their breakfast on my last day and it was well presented and had many options. The team staffing the breakfast was charming and attentive.
Thank you Platzl staff for a great stay in Munich!"
