"I was on a business trip. I arrived late because of a snow storm and the person checking me in was very nice and friendly, taking the time to see that I could get to my room and not get lost. Checkout the next morning was quick and easy. That person checking me out again was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the cleanliness wasn't to do with my room, but the hall carpeting could use a good cleaning or maybe even replacement."

It would be nice to have mini moos in room rather than powdered creamer.Separate thermostat in bathroom to warm it up when showering. "Stayed here christmas dayas I had broken my foot and wanted to find a place to at was open, homey and no stairs due to being in wheelchair. This hotel had gorgeous spacious clean rooms. Bed was very comfy. "Customer service was amazing the gentleman that checked us in helped us greatly the room was clean and everything was how it should be I would recommend this hotel to anyone including my closest friends and family the price point was very reasonable and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had since before Covid if I travel to Boothbay Harbor this is the only hotel I’ll stay at!!!"
