"This was second time staying at this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were clean, nice location. Walking distance to old town, all shops, restaurants, tourist attractions When I booked the room, booked WTH breakfast (even have a picture that shows breakfast was included) but when tried to have breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included and Expedia had sent them the wrong code. It was disappointing, but I believe this was Expedia’s mess up, tried to get a hold of them...

"Clean, very spacious room on the edge of the Old Town. Less than a ten minute walk from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, and a five minute walk from a major tram station. Lots of restaurants and bars immediately adjacent to the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay in Prague."

"It is an absolutely beautiful property. Impeccably clean and always well staffed. Rooms are well maintained.Beds are comfortable Morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. "Excellent stay, but do not be fooled by the Expedia description. It is not a big hotel with a Banquet Hall, Bar & Restaurant. 1 unused beer pump next to reception, they sell canned beer and wine and crisps to take up to your room.
