At the front window I asked the woman who came to the window one question, "does this place have a lot of trouble? She answered 'Yes' and I asked her to cancel my reservation and refund my money. She went in the back to presumably ask the manager and he said to be refunded I had to ask Expedia. As I understand it, my credit card was just to be used as a hold on the room."

"My family and i moved to town from out of state and our place was not ready so we had to book a room during our cross country drive. The property is close to the an outlet mall food and the freeway! The room was clean we had what we needed and it stayed cool the entire time. Didnt see any loiterers in the parking lot, it was clean well lit and felt safe with our belongings in the open for a week we had a great visit "
