"Overall the room was just okay. Very old vibe not in a good way- just seemed very drab and sad."

"Rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Great location and great breakfast. Would stay again."

"The kitchen was very nice. The staff were very helpful and gave us recommendations for laundry facilities and things to see. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. The only thing we would change is having a better space to put our backpacks would have been appreciated."

"lovely view, cozy room, and very friendly hosts. go out at night to see a beautiful view of the stars!"

"Such a lovely combination of old and unique while still clean and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and everyone was so accommodating"

"Beautiful room! Mealsnwere amazing! Staff very friendly! No elevator.."

"Friendly & helpful staff. Usual problem with this hotel ( stayed last year also) is not enough staff. Rooms clean though small & basic. Front desk staff & restaurant/ bar staff hard working and welcoming. Restaurant food really excellent - wexstayed 4 nights & had dinner there rwice. Room service very disappointing- checked in on Friday & I had to call with reception to get basics replenished on Sunday - towels, loo roll, tea & milk..."

"Great hotel! Excellent location to explore Sligo. Close to great pubs and restaurants. Loved having the balcony. Thank you!"

"Wonderful staff and central to everything!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The bed was superb."

"Great location, two local pubs are fun, rooms were very pleasant. Apart from one sweet young cleaner, I didn't see any staff. Personally i hate automated check in and the pin numbers etc hadn't come through so I was stuck outside (with a couple of other new guests) for half an hour. No answer to the phone calls either. Real people might cost money but they determine how a place is perceived."

"This was a great place to land for a few days. Lots to see and do for day trips."

"Absolutely a must stop!!"

"This B and B is an exquisite home. The host, Kate, was fun, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned a lot and had a wonderful time. Also the Best Irish breakfast !"
