"We think of a B&B in the traditional way, where someone welcomes you into their home. This was more like an Air B&B, but with continental breakfast supplied. We were lucky enough the first morning to find someone to call a cab for us, but never saw anyone after that except other guests. It was nice to have access to a fridge to keep drinks cold, but we were expecting a homemade breakfast."

"To start with positives, the Staff were excellent, helpful & friendly. I have a walking stick and on checking in the Lady at reception insisted in carrying our bag to the room. Everywhere was very clean. We ate in the hotel both nights. The food was excellent, as was breakfast. However the room was very disappointing. Very small & cramped and the lighting very poor. I could barely see to shave in the en-suite. Despite the good breakfast (evening meals not included obviously) the price charged...

"Booked a double room, it was small & compact & double bed took up most of the room but still had space to walk from each side of the bed. Bathroom was functional offering spacious shower, clean white towels were provided. TV on the wall which could be watched from sitting/lying on the bed. Room didn't provide a dressing table but a wall mirror to enable to do hair/makeup or use of the bathroom mirror. "Overall this stay was OK. There was a pubic hair on the bed and the room smelled like sewage. The breakfast buffet was basic. Eggs were the powdered fake eggs. Only perk is that it’s walkable."

"From our arrival staff were welcoming and could not be more accommodating. The grounds are immaculately kept and the walking path is beautiful. It was a perfect calm ending to our hectic travel through beautiful Ireland. "
