"I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok."

"Shower and bathroom in general were dirty and mouldy. Was questioned when requesting a wine glass as there were none in the room. Also no teaspoons and a minimum of coffee and milk, not restocked for the following day."

"Outdoor amenities for kids are great, we spent a lot of time at the pump track, playgrounds are great as well. The entire park was extremely clean. The cabin we stayed in was great, although we had an ant problem from the moment we got there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool looked amazing, but too cold for us to use. We will definitely be back in warmer weather."

The bed was very comfortable. Space was always going to be a a problem - but we though overall the accommodation was good, serviceable and fulfilled our needs. "
