I would like to share my recent experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the room had no heater, and I was extremely cold throughout my stay, which contributed to me becoming sick. In addition, while I was taking a shower, the ceiling above the shower actually fell off. I am grateful it did not hit my head, but it was a very unsafe and alarming situation.
Although the staff were friendly, I was very disappointed overall, especially considering that this hotel is owned by Rotana. The manager also mentioned that he would arrange a complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience I experienced, but this promise was never fulfilled.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as these issues affected both my comfort and safety.
