The services and hospitality of the staff are great. The bus pickup at the Dubai mall was confusing. We waited at the designated spot and was looking for the bus. At the end, we saw the bus passing us and departing.

My family had a wonderful experience staying at the Dustin Thani. Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and extremely helpful.
