De hotel en de staff are xcellent they always try to keep you satisfied in all ways. The rooms are properly clean. And s very nice bar in the hotel. Coming back already for five years in the hotel for my business strips to Dubai.

We had a lovely calm, quiet and cool stay at this hotel. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The food choices were good and although it was the hottest season, we were comfortable in the hotel.

Great and helpful staff, especially Ancilia, Julie and Rose with whom we were interacting most of the time. We had a very pleasant stay thanks to them and they were honestly the kindest and most reliable staff members, keeping an extremely high standard. The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are spacious, swimming pool area is quite nice and downstairs bar has pool table, food and drinks.

Hotel was a great option. The only point that I’ve found a little strange was the fact that it seemed to me there was a misunderstanding between the reservation I made on Hotels.com and what they had there! I had breakfast for only one person and we were 4 people as confirmed on the reservation (they solved the issue without any problem) I had two single beds and again we were 4 people. Again they solved the issue. Thank you

Great place a few improvements needed

The stay was great and the property is in great condition. The swimming pool was under repair and thus not available! This was never disclosed at the time of reservation, I think it should be clear. The alternatives provided their timing was not the most convenient. The gym is small and rather dark, more lighting would do it well. Towels quality can be improved, on some days some were tired

Bonjour, Extrêmement déçu !!!!! Mise à part le service des hôtesses, il n’y a rien qui va. Ce n’est absolument pas un hôtel pour les enfants, la salle de jeu est sale, les peluches dégoûtantes. Pour la restauration, on était en demi pension il c’était tous les jours la même chose, les mêmes plats sont proposé les midis et les soirs. Pour ce qui concerne l’environnement, l’hôtel est bruyant, mal isolé vraiment déçu ! Il ne mérite pas les cinq étoiles. J’ai demandé un fer a repasser, je l’attends toujours. Vraiment fuyez !
