We were a family of two adults and two children staying at the hotel over New Year's. We got nice, large, and fresh rooms in a good location.
What we liked:
· The Rooms: Large, fresh, and nice, perfect for a family.
· The Location: Good location, it only took us 7 minutes to walk to the metro.
· The Staff: Everyone at breakfast was helpful and friendly. Michael and Mendli stood out especially. The cleaners were also always friendly and said hello when we saw them.
The breakfast: good with large variation, but not included, we payed extra.
What could have been better:
· The Reception: When we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., we had to go up and say hello ourselves for the receptionist to notice us, even though the lobby was empty. When we checked out later, it was also difficult to get clear answers about the process.
· No Alcohol: We were informed that the hotel does not serve alcohol, neither at the bar/roofterrace nor in the restaurant.
