Our room and housekeeping were excellent. The restaurant staff were lovely- particularly Lissa, Mohit, Ajmal, Kumar & Faiz who looked after us well all week and gave us a lovely send off for our last meal. The Christmas Day spread and activities there were amazing, although not cheap. The waterpark was brilliant and we made full use of it - not sure we would have visited so frequently had it not been included in our package. The only downside to the hotel, for us with a 7 year old, was a lack of activity in the evenings and no obvious lounge/relaxing space inside or outside in the evening. The outside bar area closed relatively early and the one time we wanted a drink there, we left because no-one came to take our order.

This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out. We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views. We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful. Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended.

Fourth visit to this hotel, it’s fantastic. The hotel and rooms are fabulous, spotlessly clean. However it’s the staff that really make this hotel special, especially at the market place.

Second time coming back here, the service at the hotel is always great. We never have any issues at grand Hyatt. We tried once a different hotel and we said there’s no comfort and service like the way you get it here. Also the waterpark that will be opening soon looks amazing already so cannot wait to come back when that is done! Even when we were checking out the hotel was really busy at the lobby due to a conference happening but no staff missed greeting and giving their best service to us and going out their to approach us to say bye which was nice. Hotel is always clean and has great facilities.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice and pleasant. The restaurant Panini was awful. The service was bad and the people were very rude. Food was not great at all. Remove Panini restaurant and all else was great.

Family leisure holiday

I cant find a bad word to say about this hotel.its excellent location near to the airport offered easy access to all of dubai, with taxis available to and from the hotel day and night.the hotel itself, with its stunning interior, offered an excellent range of restaurant's which easily met our half board needs with flexible meal times.A lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and very safe for our 10 year old son, i also have to give a big shout out to every member of staff who were so friendly and professional with some taking time to stop for a casual social conversation taking a genuine interest in the welfare of their guests.would recommended this hotel 100% and hope to stay again soon

GREAT Hotel

Wonderful hotel with lots of restaurants to choose from. Tried 3 restaurants and all of them were amazing. Very friendly staff. The location is great because it is close to the airport and Mall of Emirates. The man-made river and botanical garden inside the hotel was dreamy ! SPA and jacuzzi pool was very nice. Outdoor pool is good if you have kids, but was a bit crowded and old-looking. Breakfast was very nice,with lots of different food options. My only concern was peacock sanctuary: they could had a bigger space, rather than a zoo-like cage.
