Alright, when you first get there it’s a lot that’s happening but the front desk had a little mess initially when one of their workers told me that I was staying at another hotel that was linked together however ended up walking back embarrassed because it said Hilton.. nevertheless when the staff kind of notice that frustration they jumped right away! Juan, Hassan and the staff that recognized me from the day to day and night yo night in and out the hotel I was doing they were truly the best people ever! I don’t think there was a moment I was not being heard
Juan stepped up when I needed the most during the times I needed to know what was happening with my package, honestly he was in constant communication from start to finish when I didn’t have a uae number he showed up
Hassan was the best during my check out made it so smooth one moment that really touched my heart was he saw me waiting for a friend on my last day and there was so much crowd traffic coming in, he jumped right away came out and was like hey are you okay? Do you need anything if you need me to stay and stand here I don’t mind
Honestly the staff deserve the respect they really go above and beyond I will truly miss this place and want to come
