Selten so eine schlechte Unterkunft erlebt. Bei der Ankunft wusste niemand, dass wir kommen, angeblich hätte Expedia keine Info zur Verfügung gestellt. Da der Vermieter aber in der Lage war uns Informationen zu möglichen Lieferservices per E-Mail zu schicken, ist dies eine glatte Lüge. Wir wussten keine Apparmentnummer, so das der Concierge (der für das Zimmer gar nicht zuständig ist) uns nicht wirklich helfen konnte. Nachdem wir endlich wussten, wer unser Vermieter ist und der Concierge diesen Streit hat, dauert es fast eine halbe Stunde bis dieser kam. Dann musste er noch unsere Ausweise „prüfen“ was nochmals 15 Minuten dauerte. Zimmerschlüssel gibt es nicht, wir sollten eine App herunter laden, was ohne SIM-Karte und ohne Wifi nicht möglich war. Und der Code wird nur per WhatsApp verschickt, was ich nicht habe (und auch ohne nicht funktioniert). Irgendwann war man dann bereit, mir den Code so zu geben. Endlich im Zimmer - welches für 3 Personen gebucht und für drei Personen bezahlt war - war nur ein Bett für zwei Personen da. Das Schlafsofa dürfen wir dann selber ausziehen und beziehen. Im Bad gab es NUR EIN Duschhandtuch und alles andere nur zweimal (anstelle von 3-mal) Da sind die Tatsachen, dass sich die Balkontür nicht schließen lies, die Mikrowelle nicht nutzbar war, weil die Türe beim öffnen am Herd hängen bleibt und der Einrastehebel der Kopfbrause nicht fixiert werden kann, nur die Bestätigung über die Unfähigkeit des Vermieters. No Platz zum mehr Schreiben

Debe darse mantenimiento profundo , la regadera se inundó, no se va el agua , no me dieron llave de acceso al edificio y tenia que estar pidiendo y explicando en loby para poder entrar y subir
