The staff is amazing! A special thank you for the staff in the restaurant at the ground floor. Very customer oriented, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is great with a refreshing design. The only disadvantage was the desk in the room: it’s too small to work at.

The first room I was in had black mould in the room. I was moved rooms and the same problem was in the next room. They offered another room move and I told them unless the bathroom layout is different there’s no point as it’s clearly a design fault. I was moved to a different room type and there wasn’t any mould. It’s just a shame this was right at the end of my stay. Had I had a mould free room from the beginning it would have been a great stay. The hotel and facilities were great.

Comfortable, quirky and cool.

A really comfortable hotel, well maintained and very clean. The decor is very trendy and has much more personality than many of the sterile, cookie cutter hotels you might stay in. The half board option was good, but be prepared to pay some significant supplements for some menu items.

This hotel holds parties twice per week until 3am, and they’re so loud it’s impossible to sleep. It’s a shame this isn’t better advertised/advised as I would have avoided booking. Breakfast had incredibly poor service, solely down to inconsistency. Staff were not attentive i the slightest and there was no coordination around tables - if you ordered something they have no idea where you are sat. The rooms have absolutely no storage space so you’re unable to unpack if staying for a longer period.

Mediocre service. One of the bartenders was doing shots with a bunch of girls and when I asked him to re-do my margarita as it did not have a salt rim - he gave me a bad attitude for 3 days. Very loud pool parties with awful music, filled to the brim with guests that differ from hotel guests. Have to flag down people for 30 minutes + to get a bill. Not a 5 star despite nice interior

I stayed in the property for 10 days, the first 5 days you couldn’t use the bar swimming pool. Ironically those were the days of my vacation before work. No mention of construction or repairs before booking. That wasn’t cool
