Unfriendly, slow and unresponsive staff at check-in. Night staff much more friendly and responsive. Clean renovated room Booked and paid for a king bed and got a queen one… Didn’t argue this point, was already tired of the front desk guy….

Customer service was very good, staff were nice and friendly. I thought I booked a hotel apartment but it was just a regular standard hotel room. It was a short trip so it was OK, location was also very good- 2 mins from the mall of Emirates, loads of restaurants, supermarkets etc,

I flew to Dubai to see someone for the first time and I’m so lucky I found this hotel cause it was really close to where she was at. Will definitely come back sometime in the future. Miss you already, Dubai.

Great food restaurant attached and open late which is a plus. Unfortunately I found the beds very small and uncomfortable but with the deal I got cannot complain too much. The gym and pool were closed when we arrived at 8pm.

servizio impeccabile e completo. All’arrivo viene fornito un cesto di benvenuto con frutta e biscotti, in stanza trovate una piccola area bar con the e caffè, che viene rifornita giornalmente con anche le bottigliette d’acqua. La stanza è sempre in condizioni impeccabili e perfettamente insonorizzata. All’ingresso trovate anche una persona che potrà organizzarvi tour e/o spostamenti, noi ne abbiamo usufruito per spostarci da Dubai ad Abu Dhabi. Consigliatissimo.
