Taj has great standards as I experienced in India and so I tried this hotel in Dubai. I was super impressed with the room, reception, service and overall experiences at this hotel. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are staying in the JLT area.

I stayed for two nights traveling on business and this was a nearby hotel. Area around is not the fanciest. Also, the rooms and facility aren’t bad but the trash in the bathroom was not emptied when I arrived (completely unacceptable).

Property is good ,Great Service from the staff ,Mini Bar was empty in the room and also the breakfast has the exact same options from when i stayed there almost a year back some innovations on this is welcome

We recently stayed at the Taj Hotel JLT in Dubai to celebrate our son’s birthday, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. To our delight, the hotel upgraded our room to include access to the Executive Lounge, which truly elevated our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options including made-to-order dishes like delicious aloo paronthas, which was a lovely touch of home. The Executive Lounge was a serene space, perfect for relaxing, and the service there was impeccable. Housekeeping was immaculate throughout our stay — everything was spotless and attended to with great care. Every single staff member we encountered, from reception to breakfast staff, the Executive Lounge team, and the concierge desk, was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They are truly a credit to the Taj brand. The location in JLT is excellent — convenient, scenic, and well connected to all that Dubai has to offer. We felt genuinely valued as guests and appreciated every thoughtful detail that made our celebration special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms and impeccable decor. We really enjoyed the Shamiana restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch as well. It’s also a lot more affordable than some of the other 5-star hotels in the area. The only thing to watch out for is their travel/taxi service managed by Ali & Fahad. They tried to scam us knowing well we were foreigners and charge you a super premium on every ride. Avoid them under all circumstances as they take advantage of outsiders. We brought this to the Hotel Management’s attention & they were kind enough to accommodate us with a late checkout as severance, but the experience still left a bad feel in our hearts. Which is unfortunate because everything else at the Hotel was perfect. Overall I will give our stay a 4/5 stars. Cheers.
