Had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis! Everyone is so nice and attentive from the butler Anish to the breakfast hostess Jamima and the server Rishkesh. The house cleaning staff were amazing and punctual! The massage with Kim was beyond expectations! Memorable experience in every aspect! Would highly recommend!

Unforgettable Family Birthday Stay at St. Regis

We had an unforgettable family stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, celebrating our son’s birthday — and every moment was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to create a magical birthday experience for our little one. The room was elegant and spacious, with stunning views and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The team surprised us with a beautifully arranged birthday setup, complete with treats and balloons that lit up our son’s face with joy — a memory we’ll cherish forever. Family time here was truly elevated — from relaxing by the pool to enjoying delicious meals in a refined atmosphere, everything was just perfect. The hotel effortlessly combines luxury with a family-friendly spirit, making it ideal for creating lasting memories. There was nothing I didn’t love about this hotel . I’ve been coming to Dubai for 23yrs and it was first time at St Regis . I loved it
