This is overpriced and horrible hotel! Since day one we experienced issues upon issues. This started with a non functioning safe box. We then experienced freezing temperatures in the room. When we complained, instead of fixing the AC issue, we experienced the opposite, I.e., sweltering temperatures at night when we could hardly get any sleep. We complained again but there was no resolution. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told that there was no manager on duty on Sundays! The service was equally extremely poor. The breakfast was quite bad with cold pancakes and questionable quality of the pastries! The menu selection for a five star hotel was extremely limited! Service diring breakfast was alsopoor. When I asked for a spoon that should have been in the cutlery, I was rudely told to go get it myself! We had stained linens that were never changed until the last day of our stay and after our repeated complaints! To top it all, I injured my finger on two protruding screws in a room drawer!!! Adding insult to injury (literally!), the manager offered us a free dinner on the night we were leaving to make up for the horrible experience we had at the hotel! The only positive thing is the view from the hotel! Otherwise, this was truly an awful experience! I will never go back! A piece of advice: don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures, stay away from this hotel!
