"The rooms are tired and need an update.
Pool area is cluttered and not well maintained. For a five start hotel this would definitely be at the bottle of the list when choosing to stay on the Palm."

"Normally pictures are better than a hotel really is, but not here.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations.
The check in was amazing. We were asked to seat while they did the checking in and took our bags. We were given drinks while we waited.
The room was very clean and beautiful. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Greeting us each time as if we mattered. The food was delicious too. Soo many different varieties and also chefs on-site to customize our desires.
