Hi Christopher, Thank you for the feedback, yes we are in the process of renovating this 50 year old Motel. A bit of research and you would have found that the restaurant is closed on weekends. Regards Management

Gary, Firstly we were fully booked on the day of your arrival. Secondly you did not tell us that there was someone sleeping on the floor! I would also like to know who did not give you an option, because I find this very hard to believe that someone was sleeping on the floor for 3 days and nothing said to me! Had we (Management) known we would have made up the sofa bed in your room. If you ever have this happen again please give Management an opportunity to rectify. Maybe you spoke to someone at check in but surely you could have come and seen us in the office the following morning, to see if there was something we could do if you were not satisfied with the response you got. It is not acceptable that you let a family member sleep on the floor for 3 days without me knowing.

We apologise for the bed cover having a stain - had you come to reception and advised us we could have rectified it straight away for you. We offer after hours check in for guests who arrive after 8pm on weekdays & 7pm on weekends. After this time our after hours phone number is always available.

Thank you very much for your response. I need to clarify some items with you. Can you please tell me the second excuse you were given and who gave it to you please. If it was one of the staff I'd like to know, as the staff don't know if there are any problems with the rooms. The refund given was more than the difference per night but once I had given it to you, we didn't hear any further from you, so again we were unaware you were unhappy. As for the sofa bed, if you had of let us know immediately you were unhappy, instead of waiting after the 3 nights you were there, we could have fixed the problem for you. I understand you were unhappy but if we had of known immediately regarding the items you were unhappy with, we would have been able to fix the problem so you could have enjoyed your time with us.

Hello Marie, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear there was no handsoap in the dispenser. It's an item on our housekeepers check list, but unfortunately things do get missed from time to time & we apologise for that.
