Fantastic location with friendly staff

Fantastic stay in a modern room with a good sized double bed and good shower room. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The communal area is well maintained and spacious. Good location close to Smithfield and some great pubs.

Blev väldigt bra bemötta. Rent och fräscht. Sängen var hård men om man låg ovanpå täcket gick det bra. Nära till allt.

Great budget option in Dublin

Nice budget option, so no TV or shampoo etc but well linked up for transport via the Luas (tram)

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

C’était très propre et tout neuf. Très calme aussi car les chambres donnent sur des cours intérieures. Le personnel est aimable. Et c’est bon marché. Beaucoup de transports différents à moins de 10 minutes de pied. Le centre à 20 minutes à pied. Thé et petits gâteaux gratuits dans le hall. Parfait.

The location of this is great. Beyond that the rooms are run down. I can see this as a step up from a hostel as the rooms each have a shower. But the beds were springy and there is no AC so the snug double (which we expected) was hotter than hell and the windows open much didnt heap, but we did and for an hr every night you could hear every car that left the car park next door. Don’t eat at the pizza joint next door. Worst mistake I made the whole trip.

The room was not very clean, the staff was not coordinated, in the first day said that we can leave the luggage in the reception but in the last day they said no.

Accommodation was clean and tidy - however our room fob didn’t work so we couldn’t lock our door therefore we had to take all our important belongings with us when we went out and about around Dublin - we asked the staff to see if they could help but they only showed us a demonstration on how to lock the door and after I told them for the second time that it didn’t work I had to leave because our taxi was waiting and the meter was going up and the staff then went on to say not to worry and they would check the door but it was still unlocked when we got back

Nice room but not in a perfect condition, door could only be locked with a 'trick', nub in shower missing etc. Overall an okay accommodation even though quite pricey for what it is. Nevertheless the are is perfect to visit Dublin.

Decent accommodations

Check in process was simple, and lobby always had staff on hand. The bed is somewhat uncomfortable and toiletries provided are scant, but not unreasonable for price. Overall good, not great.

Really friendly reception staff who were present at all times to answer any questions we had. The room and the shared kitchen were clean and ideal. About a 20 minute walk along the river to temple bar, and less for many amazing restaurants and pubs, etc. Perfect for a short term stay.

If you want to sleep, do not book here. I think the room feeling stuffy and warm was a rare thing in Dublin but because of this, we really needed the window open to feel comfortable. Unfortunately people yell in the courtyard all night long and you can’t get any sleep. Even with the window closed it was loud and didn’t stop till around 5am. It also doesn’t help that people pound on the doors from the inside as well. Also the bed is like sleeping on flat plastic water bottles, and a double is tight for two adults. I guess if you were two very small humans it’d be fine, or maybe if the bed was comfortable. The sink was clogged and took forever to drain. Also there are no extra sheets, towels, blankets, pillows or hand towels. It’s rough.

Hostel standard, hotel price

Hostel standard to European hotel prices. No amenities whatsoever, so prepare to bring your own soap etcetera. Not even glasses for water/drinks available. My wash basin was clogged and I had to tell the staff three times in order to get it fixed. Walls paper thin and weak windows: I woke up at several times due to revels in the street or someone crying (a banshee perhaps). Staff friendly and all but the organization doesn't seem to work well. Wouldn't recommend.

Propre, cuisine commune très bien équipée, mais petite chambre d'étudiant avec peu de confort (pas de cintres, de savon...) Commerces très proches et tram vers le centre ville.
