It wasn’t like the pictures. It was cold. Cracked floors and spiderwebs. We ended up getting another hotel. Unfortunately don’t book here if you have standards. Only one pillow on the bed. Just not comfortable.

Un'esperienza insoddisfacente.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad entrare nell'appartamento. Il primo operatore a cui ci siamo rivolti non ha risolto il problema, il secondo sì. L'appartamento aveva un pesante odore di cucina, impianti e mobili vecchi e un po' malandati, è in un pessimo quartiere.

This is the 1st time I use Orbitz to book residential apartments. Internet access was extremely weak. Had problem with the shower boiler. Contacted the property management, but had no response.

Era melhor dormir na rua péssimo atendimento

Alugamos um quarto família para 4 pessoas chegamos no local o apartamento estava alugado para outra pessoa entramos em contato com o proprietário ele falou que ia QUEBRAR UM GALHO e mandou para outro apartamento chegamos lá só tinha 2 camas de solteiro para 4 pessoas quando tentamos entrar em contato denovo não atendeu mais tivemos que dormir no chão sem nada (cobertor toalhas travesseiro) no outro dia entramos em contato ele trocou o apartamento nos mandou para um apartamento tipo favela sujo fedido sem água sem roupa de cama depois não respondeu mais e tem outra coisa o alarme de incêndio disparou ligamos p ele é nada até que chamamos os bombeiros não caíam nessa cilada Muita sacanagem e sem respostas

Pas terrible

L'appartement est à 15min à pied du centre ville. Il est facile de garer une voiture à proximité. Pour le reste, l'appartement est situé au dessus d'un fast-food, il fait donc chaud à l'intérieur. C'est un logement défraichi avec une salle de bain en mauvais état (pas possible de fermer la porte, odeur dégouts lorsque l'on prend une douche).

There was no water in toilet and shower but we had to stay there the first night as unable to reach someone. The next day, in evening we were given another app. at 8pm we went with our bags but no key was available. We were given another app. and we were there at 9h30 pm. I request indemnisation, a refund for the 1st night, $193.94cad, cleaning 30 euros and taxi 11.40 euros Best regards Ginette Marchand Vesco

Terrible place to stay. We had accidentally booked the apartment without properly reading the reviews and the owner would not let us switch. Check in process was simple. Getting to the point, major issues: 1) there was ZERO water from the shower. There was a weird process to flip a switch and then turn on the shower but there was no water coming from there. When we tried to communicate with the owner, no response until the next day which was only to ask for my confirmation number and not try to help. 2) we booked a room for 4 people understanding that we would have a regular bed and a cot or futon but the futon was very small, at most could fit 3 people comfortably. The bed itself was extremely ucomfortable, you could feel the springs. 3) Price was outrageous but cheaper than other hotels in the area. Please do not stay here no matter how cheap!

Terrible Place / Customer Services

I booke this place or my colleague. When my colleague arrived at the Belvidere Accom, he rang up and got the key details etc as there is no reception at this place - he was NOT told the room wasn't ready, they gave him the access code to enter. Upon arriving into the apartment it was a little basement studio which was significantly bad. They had yet to clean the room and there was no linen. He called them to see when the room would be ready but the people on the line were not helpful at providing any answers. He left his telephone number with them to call him when the room was ready. He decided to give them 2 hours to contact him before he booked an alternative accommodation. He did not hear back from them at all. My colleague called then back to inform them that he would not be returning, they did not seem to care, they just said " fine, no problem".

Unliveable Conditions

I rented this apartment (the basement one) and when I arrived it was very cold. I turned on the space heater and it wasn't getting any better. I then realized that the window was jammed open and essentially un closable. I packed up my things, left the apartment as was, put the key back in the lock box and went and booked myself a hotel. I was very disappointed with this experience, especially considering I hadn't slept in almost 48 hours from traveling and just wanted a comfortable place to sleep. I felt like I spent my money on nothing and on top of that had to book a hotel room. Don't stay here, put out the extra money and get something liveable.

Vile. No Telly. Filthy Kitchen and bathroom

Apartment was not the one featured. Facilities were limited and not as described. Dirty grubby hole not near town. No hot water the first day. No taps or plugs on the bath. bathroom tiles and kitchen tils and surface disguting even tho we saw a cleaner leave. And i paid an extra fee of 20 Euro for cleaning. Broken toilet seat. The list goes on. Messages stopped comunicating as soon as id paid the cleaning fee and complained about the flat. We deserve a full refund. Hotels.com should remove listing as it is a disgrace!

Cheap appartment close to the centre of Dublin

We only slept there and at the daytime we were away. The curtains in the bedroom are too short. So when you are in the bed you can look outside. Not so handy because the appartment is situated on a busy crosspoint of roads.

When got there, it was not the 'apartment' that we had booked. It looked as if it was a brand new kitchen but could have been done with a good clean overall once finished. The blinds were thick with work dust and doors and floor the same. The 'owner' was friendly and helpful however we would not stay there again considering we paid £200 a night!

Bildene lyver.

Hadde bestilt en "one bedroom apartment" som ut i fra bildene på expedia så ok ut og hadde plass til 2 personer. Kom til et bittelite rom med kjøkkenbenk,bord,2 klappstoler, en vanlig seng og en gjesteseng ala IKEA. Alt stubet inn på ca 7 kvadratmeter. Dør inn til er bad på omtrent 3 kvadratmeter. Den såkalte leiligheten var nyoppusset og det var nye hvitevarer, men vi fikk ikke kjøleskap og micro til å virke. Hodeputer manglet første natta, men det ble levert dagen etter. Møtte aldri utleier, men kommuniserte via sms. Rommet lån i en bygning med flere utleierom. Bra beliggenhet inforhold til Croke Park, kun 7 minutter gange. Noe lengre ned til sentrum, ca 20 minutter gange. Kort vei til butikk og buss.

Disaster - Not a hotel and total ripoff, 0 service

This is not a hotel. It's just a private apartment in a disastrous condition. Everything is super old and broken. Service is also a disaster: No toilet paper, no room service, no personal contact with anyone (only by SMS). For a price nearly like a professional hotel this is a total ripp-off.

Change of Apartment and No Hot Water Ruined stay

Me and my friends arrived at the apartment and there was no one there to meet us after advising the owner of our flight arrival time. We then got a txt through to say we were being moved to. 2 bedroom apartment nearer the city centre. We had no idea where this was so had to pay for a taxi to take us there. I couldn't get my mobile to work so my friend phoned the landlord to get the lat number which was not mentioned on the txt. We were advised that someone would meet us there. The lady explained procedure and advised us to contact her boss if there was any problems. We went out for the night but after we returned we discovered that there was a problem with the water and we couldn't get the TV to work. My friend txt around 1am. We got a reply the next day to say someone would be round to fix the problem. The water flow problem was fixed when we were out during the day but we didn't have any hot water for a shower. Again my friend txt the landlord and she was passed on to another gentleman who advised us to change settings/clips on the boiler. We had to go out but on our return at 2am we tried the water and it was hot. We got a hot showe before leaving for our return home but I had to mop th floor as water must have been leaking from the bath. There was no cover on the hairdryer plug so was unsafe. The maintenance man txt that he would speak to the landlord about getting some money back but we have not had any response. Maybe the Belvedere Apartment would have been better
