The property has not replied to any of my emails or messages since the day I checked in, 1.5 weeks ago. It was a good thing I was staying only for 3 nights, even that was a terrible experience with a filthy bathroom due to which I did not use the toilet or shower throughout my stay while attending a conference due to which I was itchy and smelly by the end. The bedroom was not as bad as the bathroom but the heat buildup inside did not leave until opening windows for 5 hours. Till date, they have neither reached out nor responded to my messages. I would still like some sort of compensation for suffering through this.

The worst experience ever, we arrived at 8.30pm and the reception was already closed instead of 10pm. So i call the number on the door and they said me my reservation was deleted, i was in overbooking even if already did the check in and the reservation was confirmed. So i tried to find a different place but literally the whole city was full with no free places because of Robbie Williams concert. So probably what happened is they sold for higher, but i didn't find any accomodation and spent all night out with all my bags. Terrible

There was no one available at the property when I arrived (at 7pm) so I wasn't able to check in and had to book somewhere else. They then flat out refused to refund me even though I didn't stay and was left in a foreign country with nowhere to stay. Avoid at all costs.

Confirmation emails were sent using an off-white font on a white background, almost impossible to read. The guest verification portal deleted some details already entered, which then had to be entered again. The portal didn't inform me that my PC needed a camera until I had filled in all my details. I had to repeat completing the forms again on my phone (also partially deleting the first guest's details) only to be told my phone camera did not have a high enough resolution. My phone had double the resolution required. Very poor, I won't be booking here again.

It’s a good option if you’re over hostels and want your own room. But the doors slam so hard it wakes other residents. Bathroom was moderately clean. Also there’s not someone on staff so if you loose your key your in major trouble. Not the staffs fault but one of my neighbours decided to smoke a cigarette in the middle of the night causing the entire floor to stink

Dublin opphold.

Stedet var bra og sentralt, Respsjonen var helt utmerket, men, HER ER ET STORT MEN, WIFI VIRKET IKKE OG DET HADDE JEG BETALT FOR, SÅ HER MÅ JEG HA REFUSJON, VANLIG DEKNING PÅ MOBILEN VAR NESTEN UMULIG, BARE NÅ Å DA. Ellers var rommet ok, stille , men en ting til, brannvarslerene i taket blinket med kraftig lys, så var vanskelig å sove

the advertising and follow up communication for this property was highly misleading. This is student housing converted for short term stays, they do not make it obvious that basic amenities and kitchen access are not available until the confirmation emails so it felt a bit like a bait and switch. the confirmation for the reservation included a lot of information that was not relevant to us, or a surprise after reading the listing. not late arrival friendly. The boiler control was not working well, the shower was either too hot to actually stand in, or freezing cold. no in between despite following use instructions, watching videos, trying tweaks, etc. just not user friendly (or not working properly) otherwise, there was a nice amount of space, it was a convenient location. but for the price, id suggest getting a hotel in the area instead. the lack of amenities (like supplying our own toilet paper, no fresh towels) made for an inconvenient stay.

Never again

Worst decision ever to go with this stay. - lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors. - no trash bin, tooth brush - the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by - my room door does not lock - 0 soundproof walls and windows. Is so noisy at night until 11pm+
