Easy to check in with good communication from the staff. Room was lovely, with towels replaced daily. Shower pressure fluctuated with the temperature going from cool to extremely hot but that was the only complaint. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

Butlers townhouse is in a nice quiet area. It is near lansdowne station, a short train to get to the center of action. There happened to be an employee there when I was checking in who was very helpful. The home is beautiful. It was a neat experience rather than staying in a hotel. The water pressure was fanastic, bed was comfy, ample space in the room. Will be staying again if im ever back!

The hotel has a homely feeling lounge with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker which is very convenient for breakfast/snacks. The location was very good, only a few minutes walking to DART station (three stops to city centre) and bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in by codes is very easy. They also have a staff member on site most of the time. Luke was great - he was really responsive and helpful. All in all the hotel is very good value for money.

The rooms do have air-conditioning, which is a great plus when it was warm. The rooms were clean just not very big. The outside of the place can use some TLC. Good location

I liked the small terrace and the nearby small supermarket. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to have coffee in the mornings and talk with the other guests. The bus to get to O’Connell street is close by right of the hotel and a few blocks down. From there you can get through most of Dublin if you know the routes. I liked our room the bed was a double and I didn’t know that meant two beds pulled together but the curtains and drapes were beautiful. They cleaned our room every day and we had a great time at this hotel. Though the fridge is shared with other guests and is in the main lobby
