This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. At check-in, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. Trash was left behind, and the bed hadn’t been touched. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, on two of the three mornings of our stay, loud construction started at 8 AM, waking us up early and making it impossible to relax. The hotel gave no prior warning—no notice during booking, no mention at check-in, nothing.
When we spoke to the manager, our concerns were brushed off with excuses. Apparently, basic communication and accountability are too much to ask. A simple email could’ve prevented all of this.
Do yourself a favor: skip the excuses, skip the mess, and stay somewhere that actually values its guests.
