"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"It was a great location, although it’s outside the main stream Dublin it is so easy to get around via bus or train. The apartment was nice and spacious and it was great to have a full size oven with four burner hob. The kitchen/dining/living room combo was great. Having the washer & dryer in suite was great. The bed was quite firm which worked for me but challenged my husband, but that’s all a personal preference. The welcome starter items were fantastic. Coffee, tea, milkers, sugar, laundry...

"It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean...

"The rooms were clean and we arrived after closing and when I had questions the staff were extremely helpful with getting our rooms sorted. The location is very close to everything. If you have a car there is convenient parking."

"Bad all around"

"In a very sketchy area. Does NOT look like the photos given. Our shower did not work and our toilet ran out of water. Our online check in did not work when we got there and we had to wait 15 minutes in the rain for it to reload and work. The only relatively good thing was that it was clean."
