"Great location, aesthetic and vibe, great staff. Unfortunately the rooms were incredibly small, like cruise ship size space with slightly bigger bathroom. The bed and pillows were horrible. Extremely firm mattress and cheap pillows. Sadly won’t stay again because of this."

"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"Decent place,which doesn't look far from Dublin but takes much longer to get there than expected. Not very easy to find at first but once you do its easy in easy out. Location is convenient to shopping and dining but parking a bit frustrating at times."
