Sea view is breathtaking. Excellent location for those able to climb stairs (Dubrovnik is unforgivingly hilly!). A little basic in terms of amenities - no Wi-Fi for example - but had a kettle, fridge, excellent A/C and was just the perfect spot for our first time in Dubrovnik. Would recommend!

No frills small apartment, you get what you pay for. Was in a fantastic location though, 10 minutes into the centre of old town Dubrovnik.

Smuk udsigt - men meget støj!

Der var urimeligt lydt mellem værelserne - det var 100% umuligt at sove, når naboer kom, gik, eller stod op om natten for at gå på toilettet. Dertil kom, at køleskabet med jævne mellemrum larmede helt vanvittigt. Badeværelset har synlige fugtskader. Men udsigten var helt i top og absolut vidunderlig.

Vakker utsikt og fin lokasjon! Du må opp bratte bakker og trapper, men får gjennom dette en nydelig utsikt fra balkongen! Hotellet i ok stand med alt man trenger av fasiliteter.

Amazing seaview from the balcony

Seaview was amazing for the entire old town, little bit climb but only 10 minutes walk to town, still very convenience, reasonable price worth the views

The view was amazing, and even though we were there during some really bad weather, we were still able to sit out on the balcony without getting too wet from the rain as it is a bit enclosed. The property was very clean and there were very clear instructions as to finding and vacating the property and how to use the room and the bathroom. There are 2 bookable rooms in the apartment, we stayed in the double room which has the large balcony that looks directly out on to the sea view (the second room has also a balcony but is around the side of the house). So just be aware that if you are only booking one of the rooms then you will share the apartment with other people- but this is not a problem as the bedroom locks from the inside and the outside, and the bathroom (even though it is across the hall from the bedroom) is private for just you and you have a key to lock that as well. Near to the property there is a small grocery store that was good to get snacks and there is also a cafe/bar that we got coffee from every morning for really good value (also has a great view!). There is no kitchen facilities in this property, but they do provide a small fridge and a kettle. Be aware there are lots of steep hills and steps to get to the property from the beach or the town, so it might be worth having a car or booking taxis if you are not so comfortable walking a lot (but this is true of the whole city). Overall this property was really great and I would definitely stay here again! :)

Positives: - amazing view from the balcony - cheap -very close to old town and the port (note that the whole place is super steep, so it's close but it's very up hill with a lot of starts) - AC Negatives: - nosiest and most uncomfortable bed I've slept on - noisiest mini fridge I've seen - 'private bathroom' is technically correct but fails to mention that you have to cross a communal corridor, with the doors next to yours being another room. It's only really private based on the fact that you get a key and can lock it when you're not there. - thin walls, so every time someone else leaves rooms you can really hear it and it may wake you up at night.

Incredible Room

I highly recommend to stay here. It was gorgeous with an incredible view from the terrace. It was basic and exactly what you need for a pleasant stay. They were very professional and I felt very comfortable. It is only a 10ish walk to old town and while it is steep it is really not that bad and totally worth the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Recommended for the view

Good sized room, excellent Queen bed, small but functional external bathroom.. Good sized balcony with amazing view. High up on the hillside;- being an elderly couple, we walked down to Oceanside every day and got a taxi back up 👍👍
