This is the greatest option for lodging in this area. The host family is extremely kind, accommodating, and warm. I selected the apartment with the washing machine and full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked really well. Tons of stairs to get to the apartment, so this is not suitable for those who have any sort of physical ailment or the elderly. Would visit here every year. Very walkable to restaurants and the bus stop.

Wonderful guest house

Flott leilighet. Kokemlighetene ble begrenset grunnet at AC måtte slås av før bruk, samt at stekeovn og plater ikke kunne brukes samtidig. Da gikk strømmen. Dette blr det ikke opplyst om før det skjedde. Vertskapet var raskt på plassen om det skulle være noe Det er mange trapper opp og ned fra gjestehuset, så det ble god trim de dagene vi var der.

Very welcoming

Nikolina and her family are lovely and very welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. We even had juice in the fridge and sweets! Everything was great about our stay. Loved getting back after an evening out and sitting on the lovely terrace with a glass or two of wine. The steps up are quite strenuous but happy to do some extra steps for the views and hospitality. We loved our stay.

This was a very clean room and beautiful view of the sea! Although only 20 minute walk to the Old town, it’s all uphill on the way back. Also has many stairs to climb from main road back to apartments and especially difficult to manage with luggage. The uber drivers had a hard time locating as well. Be prepared to walk many steps to and from this property. We stayed in a double room which did have A/C, which helped a lot, however, due to the heat wave while we were there we spent more time in the room then originally planned. The amenities were limited, ie no plates or cutlery. Patio was large however and found it a nice place to pass the time. Thank you for the stay.

The place had everything we needed for our stay. We booked the apartament, was big enough and sparkling clean. It's only 20 minutes walk till city center. There is also free parking near by. The only downside are the stairs.

Underbar värd som välkomnade oss! Gav oss tips på vart vi kunde äta, sevärdheter och bra stadsdelar. Fantastisk strand i närheten. Gångavstånd till gamla stan och mycket att se på vägen. Man får mycket för priset och jag skulle lätt bo här igen.

The host was amazing! She had great recommendations of activities to do around Dubrovnik. The apartment was a great size and about a 15 minute was to town. It was quiet and had a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset.

Great property, just far enough out of town

We had the top floor apartment (no 7), it consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen diner area with a bed sofa. The bed was really comfortable, shower was good, we never really used the kitchen other than for coffee etc. Lovely view down the coast from the Juliet balcony, other rooms had a full balcony. It's just a 15-20 minute walk into the Old town, or similar distance if you wanted to go to Lapad area. Parking is up in private parking area on the hillside just above the property. Access to the property from the car park is down some steps, there are also steps (142 of them) going down from the property to the main road which takes you in to the Old Town. Recommendations for places to eat close by: - Jacks Bar - Marangun restaurant Buy a Dubrovnik pass on day one, this also gives you free travel on the buses for the duration of the pass, we got the 7 day pass and it worked great.

A great place to stay

We loved our lodging here. The place was clean and convenient to both old town and new town. We loved that there was a kitchen for doing some of our own meals. The hosts were so good to pick us up and take us to the airport. There was even a washing machine. We loved our time in Dubrovnik with Guesthouse NIkolina.
