The AC didn’t work which was a big problem in the summer heat. The room was at 29C throughout the night. We needed a cheap place to crash in Dubrovnik last minute so it did the job but overall wouldn’t recommend. The only good thing about this place is its location

It was a very quick overnight stay to catch a flight and split and was perfect for what we needed for. We did not have use for any amenities and the staff offered to drive us to the airport for a small fee. All was great

Ett helt okej rum för en natt. Gillade läget i Gamla stan. Lätt att ta sig till busshållsplats. Extra sängen hade 6 lösa brädor så gick inte att använda utan bäddade åt dottern på golvet. Kranen i badrummet stod och droppa.

Situation exceptionnelle, chambre super (avec clim et déco sympa) et personnel sympathique avec un bon rapport qualité prix globalement. Mais salle de bain défraîchie avec un extracteur d'air insupportable (bruit strident), petit déjeuner basique et la personne serviable présente ne parlait ni français ni anglais...

Rummet var väldigt smutsigt och det luktade avlopp i badrummet, samt i receptionen. Vi letade igenom hela sängen och hittade tack och lov inga bedbugs. Hade INTE rekommenderat.

The location is fantastic—just a couple of minutes' walk from Pile Gate, making sightseeing, dining, and nightlife super convenient. Check-in was very smooth! However, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, as there is no elevator. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't working well, making the room very hot and uncomfortable (as other reviews have mentioned). I'd recommend this place if you want a prime location, but perhaps best avoided during the hot summer months.

I highly recommend that Expedia and other travel reservation sites. Take this establishment off their lists. This hotel is not only ill equipped, but it is also unsafe, especially the stairway. Also, lots of amenities and equipment at this hotel don’t work and the only staff member available to answer questions or address concerns speaks very little English and is not always available.

The room was ok but as it was down a little side street and on the 3rd floor, it was absolutely boiling and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly , it was soo hot it made you feel sick. And as for breakfast we paid for we gave it a miss.. the bar area which was also the breakfast area was really dark and hot and looking at the milk, oj, few cold meats nothing looked appetising. Poor indeed.

Mi experiencia en el Hamlet Bed & Breakfast de Dubrovnik no fue mala, aunque considero que hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorarse. La habitación era bastante grande y, sobre todo, tranquila, lo cual fue positivo. Sin embargo, la limpieza me pareció mejorable. Había bastante polvo en la zona del cabecero de la cama y el baño presentaba algunos desperfectos. La ducha fue uno de los principales inconvenientes: estaba rota y el agua no regulaba correctamente la temperatura, pasando de caliente a fría de manera inesperada. Por otro lado, la televisión no pudimos utilizarla, ya que no tenía mando a distancia y, además, creo que tampoco funcionaba correctamente. En general, la estancia fue aceptable, especialmente por el tamaño y la tranquilidad de la habitación así como la ubicación excelente, pero considero que con un mejor mantenimiento, una limpieza más cuidada y la reparación de algunos elementos, la experiencia podría ser bastante mejor.

El aire acondicionado no funcionó durante los 3 días de hospedaje pedimos que lo revisaran y no atendieron la solicitud. Nos tocó habitación que corresponde a la cubierta del hotel y por lo tanto era demasiado calurosa. Muy oscuro el lobby y olor a cigarrillo, esta zona tampoco tenía aire acondicionado. Las personas que se hospedaron en la habitación de enfrente también pasaron por lo mismo El desayuno era pan viejo

I stayed there as a last minute resort because my flight got canceled so I needed something for the day. The a.c did not blow cold air in the room. I later went downstairs and said something to someone behind the counter. He told me that alot of people were complaining about it and the manager was aware but he was gone for the day and would fix it tomorrow. I told him that doesn't help us today. A lady was standing at the counter and said she had the same issue. The mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. It is and older room. The property is close to everything. I would not stay here again

All I can say is that the property is in a great location. Because of the way our travel schedule was set up, we spent three nights there. The lobby and stairs were very dark and did not appear to have lights in the stairway. At least half of the time we entered or left, no staff was present at the desk. As soon as we checked in, we reported a toilet that was constantly running and not flushing. They told us that if it bothered us, we should turn the valve off controlling the water to the toilet. Nothing was ever done during our entire stay. My husband had to unscrew the valves on top of the toilet and rig it so that we could use it during our stay. The shower was also leaking and he had to repair it as well. We reported that the TV was not working and we were told that it was broken. Nothing was done about that during this day as well. The mattress was old and worn out. One of the days, they didn't bother to clean the room or bring new towels. We spend a month in Europe every year and use Expedia quite often for our hotel rooms. This is absolutely the worst room we have ever reserved using Expedia.
