I genuinely enjoyed my stay at San Rocco Palace. The staff were helpful, the room was spotless, and the balcony was just perfect. Just let u know Dubrovnik is full of steps, so it might not be ideal for someone with knee issues as my room was on the top floor, but totally worth the experience. Everything was perfect, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Property very charming with lovely walk in shower. hob for cooking and utensils with full size fridge . Two flights of stone stairs to enter from outside into property was not really an issue for me as a senior. Breakfast delivery was on time and excellent quality. Walking distance to main sights with abundance of restaurants and bars minutes away. Highly recommend.

Outstanding location in the heart of the old city. Close to all the sites and many dining options. Room was fantastic, the balcony provides a private look out over the city and walls. Very clean and modern, housekeeping service was excellent and included breakfast delivered every day. Be prepared to move your luggage, no porter. Best to study the location and position of hotel as taxis are not allowed in the old city so you get dropped off outside the gates and need to find your way on your own. Old city is very compact so not long distances but lots of stairs to the hotel. Our unit was another 3 levels up & no elevator so bring your muscles. Still worth it to stay in the middle of all the action

Dubrovnik sunrise on your private balcony

Located inside the old town. This B&B is stunning. We were staying in the room 16. Beautiful wooden beams, spacious, little kitchenette, beautiful balcony overlooking the inside of Dubrovnik. The girl in charge of the little B&B is very friendly and brought our Breakfast inside the room the next morning and was delicious. Not cheap but worth it for a short stay.

Location Location Location!

Great stay. The location could not have been better. The room was pristine. The service was impeccable. Be aware that there are no elevators in old town so no matter where you stay, there will be stairs. Even with the stairs, I would choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the San Rocco Palace, once of our favourite places. The room was a pretty impressive, a cute balcony which overlooked the old town and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was delivered each morning at our chosen time and was never late! Highly recommend staying here, we’ll be back!

Our apartment was great, and a good size. It was however on the top floor, which made carrying bags quite difficult. The apartment building is also at the top of stairs which isn’t mentioned when booking. If you’re comfortable carrying bags up stairs then it’s a great choice. The apartment had an amazing view of the old town as well which made it all worth it.

Em nenhum momento nos informaram que o acesso ao hotel era feito por várias escadas! Escada pra chegar até o hotel e escada para os quartos! Imagine subir tudo carregando malas sozinho??? Pois é, ainda bem que só tínhamos malas de mão! Travesseiros e colchão muito moles, na verdade os travesseiros praticamente eram só a fronha.

Stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at San Rocco Palace! Our first night was in a ground floor room, which was clean and spacious and met all of our needs. The rest of our stay was in a balcony room that was absolute incredible! (It wasn’t available the first night). Amazing views! Breakfast on that balcony each morning was one of the highlights of our stay! The staff was helpful and communication was easy. The magnetic door keys were a bit tricky but one or two tries and you’re good…it’s not rocket science. The hotel is in a great location. One thing to note though is that there are a LOT of stairs - both on the way to the property and once inside (depending on your floor). If you have mobility issues, staying in Dubrovnik’s old town will be a challenge for you! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay

The property itself is excellent, especially Room 16 which had a fabulous little balcony with amazing views over the Dubrovnik rooftops. It’s clean, modern and very spacious. The breakfast, delivered each morning was lovely. The only caveat is the steps, not only up to the entrance to the block but also to the rooms, especially if you’re at the top (although the views made it worth it).

Incredible location, beautiful modern and clean rooms with excellent service. The climb to the property is intense but there are stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik. There is an additional climb once in the property to get to the rooms but the view made it worth it. Gorgeous rooms!!!

Beautiful apartment. They bring breakfast to you as room service. My only issue is that the pillows were super flat, barely any support. I also would’ve liked to have known that I needed to bring all my luggage up about 45 steps… But everything else was top tier. Great location too.

Al estar dentro de la muralla lo hace único y muy lindo. El lugar es limpio, tiene cocina, y el servicio es bueno. Para llegar hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras por lo que es importante viajes con poco equipaje de lo contrario se vuelve tortuoso llevar tus maletas a la habitación. Estacionamientos cercanos exageradamente caros.
