"The property, front desk and valet staff were great. However, I was charged for Wi-Fi and Valet Parking....when both were included with my stay. I have left 2 voicemails and 1 email with the accounting/billing office but received no response. This is extremely frustrating and I don't think I will be back. There are many other great hotels in Boston."

"Our room was beautiful and we could park directly outside the door which was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was not very clean although it was extremely tidy. The staff are quiet but friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast stops at 9:20am on the weekends which I felt was a bit early and the selection was limited but still tasty and useful."

"Great breakfast and cool vibe. Our room's heating system was loud and blew air uncomfortably, and there was a a leak in the shower stall as well as evidence of a leak in the ceiling. Needs a little maintenance. But the bed was comfy and the kitchenette useful. Staff pleasant and friendly."
