"Overall I would stay here again. Bathroom floor had leftover hair from other customers. Hot tub was warm, not hot and very low. Apparently there is a leak in it. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were amazing! Great price for the night. "

"I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our overnight stay at the Frantz Inn. Our room was clean and fresh. We had dinner at their RBistro Restaurant in the hotel. Our servers so friendly and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The next morning our breakfast was included and what a delicious breakfast, We would highly recommend this place to stay."

"First and foremost the staff where absolutely fantastic. The building is aging and not much has been done to keep things current. Our room had no windows and was very hot and stuffy. Staff provided a fan but we had to leave the door open to the room after every shower otherwise it was unbearable. There was a light in our room that was non functioning and you could tell by looking at it that it was fried. Tv dos not work the first night(we where offered another room but did not want to lug...

"The breakfast was pretty poor. Grey sausages, no potatoes, didn't try the eggs. Bedroom carpet was stained, there was a couch in the hallway (fire hazard), screaming guests during the night, and sexual activity outside our door overnight. Pretty high priced for those types of conditions!"

"After many years of travelling, we stayed at our first bed & breakfast at No.5 East. Beautiful old mansion with beautiful rooms to stay in. Nice area with restaurants and shopping around the corner. Continental breakfast was great and the Latte’s exceptional. The hosts were amazing and easy to talk to. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Winnipeg. 5 stars from us"

"Have stayed there bfr. Everything went good. Except this time. Room was loud by the air fan exchanger at night. Hard to sleep. And the shower was leaking pressure was slow. Other then that great place to stay "
