"Meh. This hotel needs some real work, it's stuck in a 2001 time warp. Dated in many ways, including all the things that modern business travelers want/need: more room outlets, fast USB-C charging ports, less chunky room furniture/adaptability, hydration stations on each floor, a modern gym. Would never stay here again. Hyatt should look at the Hilton Canopy hotels as an example of how to get with the times."

I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up. These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. The staff was excellent as was the food and drink. Please get the rooms squared away."
