Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access. The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should be instructions on how to operate it. Toiletries provided were only good for 2 for a family room that was advertised as good for 6 people. Even blankets and pillows were not enough. Wifi aas strongest by the main property/pool area.

Wifi good, location central, the building is older and suffer from some neglect such as inoperable air conditioning heads and plumbing issues, stoves that don’t work etc but factoring the pool, location, price, friendly staff I would stay again. It is safe and clean just keep expectations low.

This is an older, though generally well kept hotel. The rooms are roomy, everything works and the staff is ultra-accommodating!! The pool and pool area are very clean and enjoyable and it's comfortable. Whether an overnight or extended stay, I am comfortable in recommending this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was ok, the staff was nice and friendly, but the internet service was terrible and there is no adequate parking for rental car aside from that it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent Place for Family Trip

The place is strategically perfect, not too far from downtown, and since the area is residential, it's quiet and perfect for families with kids, there's a pool and a fully functional kitchen so you can cook food if you're tired of eating out in restos. hospital, water refilling stations, laundry, etc are within walking distance. Since it's one of the main roads, you can get a ride easily.

Staff was accommodating and pleasant. There is a place to cook food if you want and also a washing machine. The pool is nice and I would recommend to anyone. Road noise does pick up around 5pm to 6pm but it didn’t bother me. Great spot for sure!

Hotel is a bit old / tired, but still a great stay

We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for one week in a Family Apartment. We chose Villa Prescilla as we wanted to be able to self-cater and cook our own meals. The hotel is a short drive from both the airport (via taxi) and the centre of Dumaguete (trike). Getting transport via a trike is easy, plus the trikes here are much bigger than in Manila or Angeles and the prices were reasonable: but it does help if you have a Filipina with you to ensure you are not being taken advantage of 😊 (but I still gave tips to drivers). Location is away from the noise of Dumaguete, but the road is still very busy and noise from traffic can be a bit of a problem, but main bedroom is at the rear of the building and we kept the doors shut. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age, but it is still clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, plus the caretaker/s were very helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be in relation to the Wi-Fi signal which at times was non-existent (welcome to the Philippines...lol). In the times we live, Wi-Fi has become a necessity and I was relying on being able to use my laptop, so it was of great importance to me to be able to access the internet when I wanted / needed. Fortunately, each time I really needed to access the internet the caretakers would come to the apartment and were able to get a signal for me. My Filipina was very happy with the kitchen facilities and was able to whip up some great meals.
