"Floors appeared dirty in room and bathroom as well as shower. Water pressure was also horrible. Rest of the property was aesthetically pleasing. Food was typical resort food with some notable dishes including oxtail, stew chx, and other Jamaican staples. Lobster night was terrible. The well anticipated steak house was comical. Boxed Mac and cheese advertised as shrimp Mac and cheese except there was no shrimp! Better steak was served at the buffet. Entertainment during the night was lacking. Just a water park and small play room exists for kids. Foam party was son and my child enjoyed it. Staff was exceptional. It’s a maybe to stay there again. "

"What really saves this property is that it’s relatively new. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. That said, the food was average at best, and the service didn’t match what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. The staff often came across as disengaged, with a noticeable lack of warmth or attentiveness. If you’re traveling with kids and just need a clean, easy, all-inclusive setup, it’s acceptable. But if you’re expecting quality food, good drinks, and a more elevated experience, this may not be the right fit"

"The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Fix broken fridge door n spray paint rusty spots. The front n balcony doors needs some loving. A deep cleaning on all the surfaces in n on the property (washroom door n balcony doors) is much needed. Overall, its a great space, however, it has fallen into disrepair n requires care. "
