I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean although it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room and some tea. The staff were very courteous. The only thing I would suggest is more effort in the outside appearance. Otherwise, it was good for the price.

Best Western Cowichan Valley Inn
This was a nice hotel with friendly staff and adequate breakfast. It would be nice if the slots for USB cables were updated to accommodate the newer universal USB-C cables or just an additional regular electrical plug.

The Cottages on Salt Spring Island
The cottage design was beyond expectation,,was clean but we left it cleaner, lower bedroom sheets had aweful staining that should never been on the bed, we received replacement sheets promply. It was new years and the fireplace would not work and the request for help was ignored,or didn't get passed ...
