We were given wrong wifi password due to recent changes so that was a slight hiccup and not enough towels for 3 people as reserved for. That was taken care the next morning. Pull out couch for 3 rd person wasn’t prepared as in no linen for it. The room that I thought I booked was big and had a bath, and however, it was up of flights upstairs, and we just were too tired and could not carry our baggage of the stairs therefore we ask for a ground for a room. "We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and it was so great. The parking was included, our beds were made every day, the staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and our whole experience of staying here was 10/10. The water fountain was a sweet touch. I don't drink tap water, so this was really a plus for me. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were the best because it was cold and windy outside. We relaxed, drank complimentary coffee and desserts, and I will definitely recommend this...
