"Quiet property, outside of the city, is a wonderful place to get away and enjoy some peace and beautiful scenery. Friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. They were happy to give us recommendations and directions to other places to visit. "

"It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !! "

"The property was absolutely stunning. Located just minutes from the airport, hip strip and retail stores, the property was hidden on a hill top. The villa provided open, airy accommodations. All windows and doors, 360 degrees, could be open, No AC was needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend this property for Friends, solo travel or business. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Me alojé en Sunflower porque me parecía que era la mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona. La comunicación para el día de llegada fue perfecta. El personal es súper amable y atento. El estudio es tal cual se ve en mas fotografías con cocina y frigorífico. Todo muy limpio e impecable. El agua caliente funcionaba a la perfección (que eso es un plus en la zona). El aparcamiento era en una zona cerrada dentro del recinto. Si vuelvo a Jamaica, repetiré sin duda. "

"I don’t normally do reviews but I had to share my experience here. First, I booked and arrived in the same afternoon and everything was ready to go before I arrived. The place is beautiful and I liked having a pool to relax and cool off. I also had access to the beach below. "When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here.
