"Really like the location that's inside the airport which makes it very convenient after a long flight to catch up much needed rest. We took a flight to Vicotria the next day that was super convenient because we did not need to go outside the airport terminal to catch our flight. Hotel and flight are all in one terminal, could not ask for anything more convenient than that!"

"This is a fairly new and large hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room suite was a good size with a separate Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Room was not cleaned the first night we stayed, even though no sign was left on the door to indicate cleaning was not required. Given the nightly room rate, this was totally unacceptable. After a discussion with Front Desk staff, they noted the situation and a manager called the next day to arrange a specific cleaning time. Room was cleaned...

"This hotel was a dream! The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned and well maintained. The soaking tub was great along with the provided bath soak. It is in walking distance to great local restaurants and Costco. It defininitely sets a high standard for hotels that are still in the reasonable price range."

"We arrived about 12:15 after midnight. I called the hotel who told me a shuttle would be there in 25-30 minutes. When it got there, 35-40 minutes later, it was full and the driver said this was his last trip for the night. Called the hotel again and they told me they would reimburse a taxi which would be on the 1st level. All 4 of us went to the 1st level; my wife, mom & dad (89 & 90 years old) Taxis are only on the 2nd level. Had to go back up to the 2nd level. Took more than an hour to...
