Good hotel for the price. No lift, so lugging cases upstairs was a bit of a bind. Pool and spa was a welcome treat after a day of travelling. Food reasonably priced but quite a small choice. All in all, a good stay!

Very dated and beat up. Extremely disorganized staff wandering around like chickens with their heads cut off…especially in the restaurant. Many guests complaining while we were there. That being said room was spacious and quiet. Gym and pool were highlights but the jacuzzi fit only three people at a time. Location is somewhat remote and you are a captive audience.

The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood safe clean room was beautiful and clean the walls are quite thin I could hear the people above me like they were in my room and I didn’t have any heat and was quite cold when i woke I opened the curtains to discover the window was open I couldn’t tell that when I closed the curtains I tried to close the window and it absolutely would not close. Out side of the coldness it was a great hotel

Loved the patio door in our room leading to the garden outside. Havent had this before and thought it was just lovely. I had my dog with me and he enjoyed being able to go in and out . Hotel room was spacious and staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely book again!

A good hotel - well priced, comfortable and very clean. The staff were also very helpful and nice. The buffet breakfast that was included was excellent. 2 less than good points 1. In general the hotel was quite dated in it's design and decor, think 90's travelling salesman. 2. The water pressure in the shower of the room I stayed in was pretty poor, which made showering less than ideal. Overall though, I'd go back.

Always a favourite hotel for visiting Knockhill race circuit. Rooms was very clean and tidy, except for a huge spider in the bathroom, which I frightened the cleaner with lol. Pool and hot tub always a pleasure to use. Evening meal battered Haddock was delicious However, while very tasty breakfast was on the cool side. Back in June can't wait.

Friendly staff and good amenities. The decor in the room is a bit out of date and could do with some modernisation - a fridge would also be handy - but if you're like us and just looking for a pleasant hotel that's not too expensive and just want to rest your head for a few days, then it's perfect.
