Great place to stay, room was a good size and comfortable. A wide range of food for breakfast. The only downside was the fridge was rather noisy, but would stay again, good value for money.

Excellent value for the money. Rooms are somewhat small but not a major issue. If you have mobility issues, ask for a room with a shower because the tub is quite high for older people to get in and out as there are no grab bars. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful employees.

1 night in Dunkirk
Excellent location, staff were extremely helpful. While we did not dine on site, my travel group did have a few drinks in the bar. Easy to find parking in the area, and neighborhood felt safe.

Ascenseur en panne ; mis au 1 er etage malgrer notre demande speciale lors de la reservation d etre mis au rez de chaussee et en reponse qu il fallait qu on soit satisfait car nous etions mis a l origine au 5 er etages !!?? ( de qui se moque t on !? ) et la barriere du parking souterain ouverte toute la nuit car aussi en panne , j aurais su ca je me serais epargner de payer les 10 eu pour ca aussi ...

Cher Laurent, Malheureusement, nous n'avions plus de place au rez-de-chaussée lors de votre séjour, raison pour laquelle vous avez été transféré au 1er étage, nous sommes désolés si la panne d'ascenseur est survenue lors de votre séjour. Quant au parking, il y avait en effet un problème avec la porte, mais est surveillé jour et nuit par notre équipe, contrairement au stationnement extérieur. Nous sommes désolés si cela a impacté votre séjour.

Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas (on a du changer de chambre) lavabo bouche (en mettant beaucoup d'eau bouillante , j'ai debouche), lunette des toilettes cassée. Tout pour la cuisine....NUL, tout est disparates assez de rien!!!!l Je suis désolée, vous ne meritez pas les 3 étoiles !!!°

Chambre agréable, sauf sdb odeur dans la douche de moisissure. Sèche cheveux embout pas très propre du tout. Une seule chaise, pour une chambre de 2 personnes. Dommage.

Extremely hard/firm bed - but rooms well equipped.
We came to the hotel as a stop over in our journey. Hotel is very nice, very secure. Rooms are very spacious and you have everything you need to prepare quick meals and breakfast. However when it came to sleeping despite the big and very comfy looking bed, you hit a disappointment. When you lied on bed it actually felt that the floor would me more comfy. The bed was extremely hard, firm that me and my partner managed to sleep on hour on it. A huge disappointment in this sense. I know some people like extremely firm beds but we defo aren't one of those. I do need to say for how many hotels I've stayed in I've never felt this way. Appart of that hotel was fab.

Points positifs: points interets centre ville et supermarché accessible à pied parkings gratuits à proximité chambre avec vue sur bassin agréable Points négatifs: Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et aucun menage de fait ' (apparemment le ménage est seulement au bout de 5 nuits, ce n'est pas normal, obligé d acheter un produit pour nettoyer soi même..) Pas d'éponge,ni de liquide vaisselle ,ni de torchon.. cela ne me semble pas un coût énorme pour la direction de les fournir salle de bains qui commence à vieillir..
