"It was great I was in town for a basketball tournament a kid needed a place to stay it was so easy to add the kid on for the night it was just a great experience and the hotel staff made it so much easier"
"Person at front wasn’t too friendly . Breakfast wasn’t great. The deluxe room had a separate living room area but didn’t have a tv in the area which was strange. The light for washroom didn’t turn on unless the lights for the whole room were turned which was annoying while you were sleeping and in the morning when my wife was still sleeping"
"This hotel needs help! We had a very unpleasant stay that we actually left the property and requested a full refund due to no hot water, failed key cards, bugs in the room, disrespectful staff and all around terrible experience."

"I had a wonderful stay here. Very convenient location to pop over to Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly and very helpful with things to see and places to eat. Loved that there is a pool, gym and laundry while I’m on a long road trip. Breakfast in the morning was great. Would stay here again. Sunset view from the rooftop where there was a simple restaurant. The restaurant seemed to be ran a little loosely and the entire staff all sped out of the parking lot while I was gathering things from my car. The rest of the hotel was fantastic though."
"Originally were put in a room without working air conditioning but we got a new room quickly and without issues. When we got the new room, there was garbage in the garbage can from a previous guest & garbage left on the couch.
It was also a bummer that the indoor pool was not heated because it was absolutely freezing.
The complimentary breakfast was great."
