"Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The woman who handles the breakfast is really nice and always keeps up with the food and refills the items, constantly. Room was comfy, clean, and the A/C worked well. TV had a great selection on channels. Room included blow dryer, fridge, microwave, iron and mini toiletries. Always love staying here. "

"Jerry, the front desk clerk, was amazing he made my stay very convenient, comfortable, and was so very sweet and nice. However, the breakfast hours are too short. Closing at 9 am doesn't give or allow guest to get up and get a hot breakfast. Should be open until 11am."

"The room was clean and comfortable however no blanket in the room on first night. Staff did provide when requested the next morning. We had no hot water-staff was very prompt in addressing and moved us to a new room which was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and responsive "

"Great place to stay, everyone was very friendly. Parking was easy as everyone gets a parking permit. The room was very clean and cleaning was done each day we stayed (5 nights). Only thing that could be better is the pool could be a little cleaner. But also understanding as it was just coming out of Texas winter so the pool probably wasn't used as much consideringit'soutside. There was lots of wasp floating around, leaves, and the bottom looked a little dirty from stuff sinking to the bottom. It didn't stop prople from going in though. "

Only issue with the stay was the bed in the room… evidently the sheets weren’t changed prior to our arrival, fitted sheet had urine stains all over it… honestly didn’t look until this morning when before we left when I was looking for socks that were in the bedding. My wife was completely grossed out! Again, a beautiful hotel, just check the sheets.. I own a business in lytle and unfortunately Best Western is the only hotel in town.. "
