"Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. "Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good."

"It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction."
