Cari Chalet di Dunstable

"Thanks"

"On arrival to the hotel our party were given the wrong rooms, i had ordered a double and a family room i was given the family room my daughter and family was given twin beds,it wasn't a problem we just swapped, and we settled with the twin room? we started to unpack when my daughter called to tell me there was a dirty pair of under pants behind the bathroom door!!!!! I immediately told her to again move out of the room and come to ours whilst I sorted this disgusting situation out, we had been...

"I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Dusty corridors due to construction works within the hotel. Rooms acoustic are poor, we had our room on the ground floor and could hear everything from the floor above, footsteps and conversations. Not ideal if you want to rest. Only large towel provided no face/hand towel. Heating system is sluggish, it took a few hours to get the room heated from 16° to 20°, electricic heater on the wall couldn't be used as it was dirty and emanated burnt smell when switched on."

"Wonderful experience"

"Bit of a strange hotel, clean but very noisy, poor breakfast and coffee. No parking and costly to park elsewhere"

"Breakfast was a good bonus. Good quality food and coffee. Bed was not great and had very little sleep. Springs in the bed were loud too every time you moved. Couch and foot rest were nice. Bathroom tiles need a good clean, dirty around edges.TV would not turn off using remote so had to unplug. Carpet stains on corridors and my room. For £92 with parking £12 (included in the £92) and with breakfast it was probably ok value for a Friday night in Luton. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly....

"Good value for money"

"Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff."

"Camera pulita, abbastanza spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Giù c'è anche un bellissimo piano bar"

"The rooms weren’t clean and cleaned dust from the bathroom and the sink which had turned brown ."

"Almost everything was great. The room was spacious and decorated well. The communal areas were lovely, as was the food. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the pool/steam room & sauna area and it’s cold in the corridor to the steam room and sauna. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi has been filled in."

"The best hotel in the world for breakfast."

"A low grade place pretending to be upscale. Unhelpful staff, water damaged bathroom, stained carpet, rabit warren layout, seemingly miles walk to my room. An ok butter chicken dinner in the bar."

"Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b"
